Diagnostic payments

The $250 payment is for the selected written diagnostic: Website Direction or Tech Rescue. Email the confirmation details so the payment can be matched to the correct service and public site or domain.

Repair deposits

The $500 repair deposit is used only after the repair scope has been discussed or written. Do not use it as a substitute for an unscoped diagnostic.

Payment mistakes

If you selected the wrong service, amount, email address, or payment path, contact the team as soon as possible using the email address connected to payment.
